We’re currently hiring for one full-time position as well as two casual positions. This is a excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in sport with one of the AFL’s biggest clubs, working in a fast-paced and exciting team.

About the Collingwood Football Club Collingwood Football Club (CFC) was founded in 1892.

Local residents, community and business leaders and politicians all hoped that having theirownfootball club could help bring a measure of pride to a downtrodden suburb.

In 2026, CFC is one of the great icons of Australian sport. Our history spans 130 years, 16 premierships and more finals appearances than any other club. Most importantly, Collingwood has grown from being a football club to a sports club with a commitment to our community.

The chance Reporting to the Member Services Team Leader, the

Member and Fan Services Officer

will provide

a high level of customer service and support for the Collingwood Football Club members and supporters. The successful candidates will gain real exposure to how the Collingwood Membership team contributes to the overall success of the Club.

Key responsibilities include:

Maximise membership sales and provide accurate information via telephone, email, letter and front counter duties.

Ensure all member complaints are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure all member requests are replied to and/or addressed and resolved on the same business day.

Market and sell club membership products as required.

Provide accurate venue and seating information.

Assist as required in outbound telephone campaigns.

Ensure relevant data is gathered through all customer interactions.





Effectively record all member sales, enquires and complaints.

Data entry of Members details within the Collingwood Membership Database

Ensure accurate recording of all members details within the Collingwood Membership Database

Process and balance all membership sales

Opportunity to assist, where required, at any Collingwood FC event

Assist with projects relating to AFL, VFL and AFLW

To provide customer service to CFC members – including face to face service, telephone, email and written enquiries

Problem solving and issue resolution for members

Chance to assist with match day activities

To support the team with any other membership-based activities as required.

Maintain a reputation for excellence in all areas related to the performance of this position – and to ensure that CFC members are treated as owners of the club – in line with CFC team behaviours

Any other duties as directed by the Membership Manager & Member Services Team Leader

Skills / Experience To be successful as the

Member and Fan Services Officer , you will be someone who has:

Junior to mid level experience in a customer-facing, membership-based role

Great communication and time management skills

Strong rapport and relationship building skills





High level attention to detail

Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

Archtics Experience is preferrable
