Key responsibilities

Develop and run customer acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels

Manage and optimise paid media, creative testing, audiences, campaign structure, budgets and landing pages

Own the day-to-day performance of the Shopify store

Improve conversion through better merchandising, navigation, product pages, landing pages, checkout and content

Build and test bundles, upsells, cross-sells, subscriptions and gifts with purchase

Coordinate product launches, site updates and promo campaigns

Own email, SMS, CRM, loyalty and the whole customer lifecycle

Build and optimise automated flows, segmentation and campaign calendars

Build and manage the promotional and trading calendar

Watch revenue, conversion, CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, repeat rate, contribution margin and channel profitability

About you

Has grown a DTC ecommerce channel before, ideally in FMCG, food, retail or another consumer brand

Knows Shopify hands-on, not from a webinar

Understands paid social and paid search well enough to run campaigns yourself - or keep an agency honest

Has worked with Klaviyo or a similar retention platform

Is comfortable reading the numbers and making commercial calls from them

Can move between strategy and execution without waiting for someone else to do the doing





Is curious, proactive and happy to test ideas that might not work

Knows a campaign with a huge ROAS can still be tiny, and a campaign with huge revenue can still lose money
