Sourcing skill specific candidates as per client requirements Client and Candidate relationship management Achieving monthly placement targets Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing advertisements in a wide range of media sources Sourcing suitable candidates via online platforms Receiving and screening applications, conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates Online Database management: Accurate capturing of candidate and client data and interactions Conducting reference and background checks to determine the suitability of the candidate prior to submitting applications Preparing CV's to be sent to clients Organizing interviews for the candidates as requested by clients Briefing and coaching candidates prior to secure interviews on corporate conduct, professionalism and interview styles. Informing candidates on the feedback of their interviews with the clients Negotiating salary expectations and finalizing arrangements and agreements between candidates and clients Offering advice to both clients and candidates on career progression, etc.

Requirements:

Experience as a Recruitment Consultant essential Experience in digital sourcing essential - demonstrated success in online sourcing and applying AI skills Knowledge of medical / healthcare industries Valid driver's license & own reliable vehicle Excellent IT skills essential
