What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced bar setting

Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure

Professional presentation and communication skills

Understanding of responsible service obligations (current RSA required)

A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and improve

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Delivering consistent, high-quality drinks to spec





Maintaining section cleanliness and stock levels

Supporting service flow between bar and floor teams

Contributing to a positive, respectful team culture

Upholding venue standards and guest experience at all times
