About the Role As an Internal Account Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting and servicing a portfolio of large Commercial and Corporate insurance clients while working closely and supporting the Principal Broker within the Melbourne Mid-Market Division.



You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base and develop your technical insurance knowledge while contributing to client retention, growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial/ corporate insurance clients

Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration

Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders

Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio

Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications

Support credit management and maintain accurate client records

Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements

Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about helping clients achieve positive outcomes.

Experience within insurance, financial services or a client facing environment

Strong communication and relationship building skills

Excellent organisational and time management capabilities

Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

A proactive approach and willingness to learn

Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or willingness to obtain)

Proficient in Microsoft Software – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Like

A desire to build a long-term career in insurance and risk management
