Assisting customers in selecting plants suited to their aesthetic preferences and environmental conditions Guiding customers through gardening, landscaping, and planting design ideas Identifying and diagnosing plant pests and diseases, and recommending appropriate treatments in a clear, customer-friendly way Working in a team and independently, showing initiative and self-motivation About you

Qualified tradesperson with solid experience and passion for horticulture Demonstrated hands-on horticultural skills and willingness to work outdoors Confident, friendly customer service skills and genuine enjoyment in helping customers ChemCert certification advantageous Right to work in Australia Weekend availability essential About us
