About the Opportunity: We are looking for the industry’s finest Cocktail Bartender to join our award-winning team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.

Main Role Responsibilities:

Prepare equipment, station & stock for service

Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard





Provide an exceptional level of service for guests

Complete closing duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue

Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production

Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations

Adaptable and able to multi-task

Time management skills

Attention to detail

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Professional presentation and robust communication

Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts

Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
