JS Finance Group is a growing boutique mortgage broking business based on the Sunshine Coast, dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial and property goals through exceptional service, expert guidance, and genuine relationships.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Executive Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our brokers and clients throughout the lending journey.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the finance industry. Working directly alongside the Director and Senior Mortgage Broker, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the mortgage process, with the potential to progress into a Mortgage Broker role in the future.

As a small but growing business, we currently assist clients with approximately 15 to 20 loan applications each month and are continuing to expand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is eager to learn and grow.

About the Role

n

You will work closely with our Mortgage Brokers and be responsible for:

n

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up
n
- Assisting with loan application processing, administration, and loan structuring support
n
- Collecting and managing client documentation and maintaining accurate file records
n
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and clients throughout the application process
n
- Managing appointments, calendars, and broker schedules
n
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the business
n




- Preparing and submitting loan applications through aggregator software and ApplyOnline (AOL)
n
- Supporting clients from application through to settlement while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is professional, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about helping people.

The ideal candidate will:

n

- Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (required)
n
- Have experience using ApplyOnline (AOL) and lodging home loan applications
n
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detailDemonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic
n
- Thrive in a busy and fast-moving environment
n
- Be eager to learn and develop their knowledge of the finance industry
n
- Have previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending, or financial services (preferred but not essential)
n
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
n
