A full-time hybrid role where you'll take ownership of our YouTube and Instagram content, helping ideate, create, edit and publish across both platforms.

This isn't just a videography role. You'll be involved in the full content lifecycle, from concept and scripting through to shooting, editing, posting and optimisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Turn ideas into strong hooks and scripts
n
- Help shoot content in office 2 days p/w
n
- Edit short-form Reels and YouTube videos
n
- Analyse what performs and create more of what works
n

About you:

- Proven experience creating social media content on IG/YT
n
- Understand hooks, retention and storytelling
n
- Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
n
- Can take ownership without needing constant direction
n
