This Isn't Your Typical Support Worker Role

As a Disability Support Worker in our Community Participation and Day Programs team, you'll help customers:

- Build independence and life skills
- Connect with their community
- Achieve personal goals
- Develop confidence and social networks
- Explore hobbies, interests and employment pathways
- Participate in meaningful activities and experiences
- We use a therapeutic, person-centred approach that focuses on strengths,



capability building and helping people achieve their full potential.

You'll Need

- Current Driver Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (where applicable)
