Essential Tasks
- Manage AV equipment and meeting spaces to ensure reliable meeting and presentation services.
- Configure rooms and provide AV and video conferencing support for meetings and events.
- Triage,
prioritise and resolve AV requests and technical incidents through ServiceNow and other channels.
- Coordinate external AV vendors for specialist support and escalated technical issues.
Key Criteria
- Demonstrated AV and video conferencing support experience in corporate or government environments.
- Strong troubleshooting capability across AV systems and collaboration technologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and deliver under pressure.
