About the role
n
This is a sales focused maintenance plumbing role.
n
You will attend residential service calls, diagnose problems, educate customers, present clear options and quote solutions ranging from everyday maintenance through to larger plumbing projects.
n
You will be expected to confidently manage the entire customer experience from diagnosis through to presenting and closing the work.
n
We track performance and set clear targets. You should already be comfortable working towards sales, revenue and conversion targets.

What we are looking for

- Experienced residential maintenance plumber
n
- Solid sales ability with a proven track record of hitting targets
n
- Confident presenting and quoting higher value plumbing solutions
n
- Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly with homeowners
n
- Comfortable explaining problems and presenting multiple solutions
n
- Competitive and motivated by performance
n
- Strong understanding of drainage and maintenance plumbing
n
- High standards around workmanship and presentation
n
- Able to manage customer relationships professionally from start to finish
n
- Pipe relining experience is highly regarded
n
- Appropriate plumbing licence or certification
n
- Permanent Australian resident with valid Australian work rights
n
