We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Knows their way around a switchboard and site drawings
- Can interpret architect lingo without eye twitching
- Doesn’t disappear when things get physically demanding

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

- Have 5+ years of experience and a few good stories to go with it
- Take pride in your work
- Communicate well with clients, tradies, and site managers
- Know that valuable work starts with a solid attitude
- Bring banter

Must-Haves:

- Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Strong attention to detail – “close enough” doesn’t cut it
- Good with people – clients and team alike
- Project & team management experience
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Bonus Points For:

- Smart home automation knowledge
- Experience with architecturally designed homes
- Working at Heights ticket (and not scared of ladders)
- Understanding of small businesses
- Parallel parking a ute on the first try
- A-grade humour
