Omni Recruit is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Hands to join a leading pharmaceutical distribution centre in Kemps Creek .
This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, staying active and working as part of a team , with ongoing hours and the potential for long-term opportunities.
THE ROLE
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Voice picking customer orders
- RF scanning and processing stock
- Operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
- Bulk picking, packing and replenishment
- Loading and unloading stock
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and secure
- Following all site safety procedures and warehouse standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are:
- Experienced in warehousing, logistics or distribution
- Confident using RF scanners
- Experienced with voice picking – highly regarded
- Experienced operating an EPJ – highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling up to 20kg
- Reliable, punctual and committed to excellent attendance
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Able to work Sunday – Thursday consistently
- Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport – essential
- Have their own hi-vis shirt/vest and steel-cap boots
- Have full Australian working rights
- Able to successfully complete a National Police Check
