Your Role

- Drive membership growth through sales, local marketing, and brand presence
- Support day-to-day club operations and maintain consistent club standards
- Build strong relationships with members and deliver an outstanding experience
- Assist with administration, member enquiries,



follow-ups and general club duties
- Support Club Managers with campaigns, staff development and regional initiatives

What You Bring

- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong people skills and confidence communicating with members
- Sales and/or administration experience is preferred, but not essential
- Robust organisation and multitasking skills
- A genuine interest in health, fitness and helping others
- First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Experience in the fitness industry is not required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
