About the Role

n

Working closely with the Chief People Officer and national HR team, you'll support a office of 80 staff while gaining exposure to all aspects of HR.

n

You'll leverage your background knowledge while developing your skills across performance, employee relations, and people strategy.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the national team
n

n

Supporting graduate and clerkship recruitment programs

n

n
- Assisting with performance and remuneration review processes
n
- Providing HR support and guidance to managers and staff
n
- Supporting broader people initiatives across the firm
n

n
