The Opportunity Looking to build your career across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic, rather than being siloed into a single channel? Join an established marketing agency as a Performance Media Executive, working across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands and gaining hands-on experience across the major performance media platforms.

You’ll work alongside experienced performance specialists who will help you strengthen your technical skills, understand how different channels work together and develop your knowledge of performance strategy, measurement and client management.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved across the full campaign lifecycle, from setup and activation through to optimisation, reporting and insights.

What You'll Be Doing Campaign Activation & Management

Build, launch and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic

Support campaign setup across targeting, audiences, budgets, bidding and creative implementation

Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, budgets and performance against agreed KPIs

Complete regular campaign checks to ensure accuracy, tracking and smooth delivery

Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results

Optimise bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, placements and creative based on performance

Support testing across creative, audiences, bidding strategies and campaign structures

Work with senior team members to troubleshoot performance challenges and implement improvements

Reporting & Insights

Prepare regular performance reports across paid media channels

Track campaign performance against KPIs, budgets and client objectives

Turn campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Develop your understanding of measurement, attribution and performance reporting





Work closely with Performance Managers and Directors across campaign planning and delivery

Support client meetings, campaign updates and performance presentations

Collaborate with internal strategy, planning, creative and account service teams

Build your confidence communicating campaign results, insights and recommendations to clients

What We're Looking For Technical & Performance Skills

Previous hands-on experience across digital or performance media, ideally within an agency environment

Experience across Paid Search, SEM, PPC and/or Paid Social, with Programmatic exposure highly regarded

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Positive understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and key performance metrics

Personal & Professional Skills

Strong analytical mindset with an interest in understanding what drives campaign performance

High attention to detail when working across campaigns, budgets and reporting

Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in performance marketing and emerging media platforms

Strong communication skills and the confidence to contribute ideas within a collaborative team
