Your New Company Our client is a leading building supplier, known for their strong operational focus and collaborative culture. Based in Villawood, they are currently seeking a proactive and adaptable admin professional to join their site operations team and deliver support across multiple functions on an ongoing temporary basis from 6am-2pm daily.

Your New Role As the Site Administrator, you will act as a pivotal operational backbone for the site. Working closely with the greater team, you will balance administrative tasks with strong stakeholder support to ensure smooth, continuous daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare Purchase Orders in SAP and ensuring POs are raised prior to invoicing

Manage timekeeping, including setting up new Labour Hire, processing leave forms, and resolving payroll queries

Maintain site WHSE registers, database, training records, and contractor compliance.





Coordinate site logistics, including uniform management, office supply inventory and site onboarding support.

Schedule and document meetings and provide updates to stakeholders across sites.

About You

Prior experience in a Site Administrator, Operations, or similar site management role

Robust proficiency in SAP and Microsoft 365

Understanding of WHSE compliance, site safety standards, and Return to Work processes
