to Join our TEAM.

Full Time Position Available

Kitchen Opens from 7.30am - 2.30pm

Only Open One Night per Week (Friday Nights 5.30-9pm) Italian Style Menu

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates the following attributes:

Great prospect for someone great seeking work/life balance.

Plan menus and execute daily food preparation, ensuring high quality standards are met.

Competent with portion and costings control

Knowledge around Italian Dishes with Pastas and Handmade Dishes

Maintain a clean, organized and efficient kitchen environment. Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.

Assist in fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative work environment & promoting team work

Available on Weekends with the opportunity to have a rotation basis

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate at least 6 YEARS of Experience in a Senior Chef Role

This is for a 38 - 40 Hours per week working role.
