Whether supporting transport, water, energy, property or major infrastructure projects, you'll help maintain the quality, integrity and traceability of project information that enables teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support multidisciplinary project teams across a portfolio of major projects.
n
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers and client stakeholders, you'll manage project documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project procedures, governance requirements and client expectations.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, transmittals and correspondence
n
- Maintain document registers, revision histories and audit trails
n
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals and submissions
n
- Ensure project records are accurate, current and readily accessible
n
- Support project mobilisation, reporting, close-out and handover activities
n
- Administer electronic document management systems such as Aconex, TeamBinder, ProjectWise and SharePoint
n
- Monitor workflow performance and provide reporting on document status and key metrics
n
- Assist project teams in applying document control standards and best practices
n
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety and information management requirements
n
n
What We'll Love About You

- Demonstrated experience in Document Control within engineering, consulting, construction or infrastructure environments
n
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management, revision control and project governance requirements
n
- Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS)
n
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
n
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
n
- Relevant qualifications in administration, information management, project management or a related discipline are advantageous
n
