The Prospect

n

This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their real estate career who wants more than just an administrative position. You'll be immersed in a successful sales environment, learning how a top‐performing team operates while building your skills across prospecting, client relationships, sales administration and property campaigns.
n Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Assisting with incoming sales enquiries
n
- Supporting the team with sales administration
n
- Prospecting for new business and potential listings
n
- Preparing open home packs, signage and marketing materials
n
- Assisting with Saturday open homes
n
- Supporting the sales team with day‐to‐day activities
n
- Preparing settlement gift packs for clients
n
- Conducting client follow‐ups
n
- Maintaining accurate property and client information
n
- Providing additional support throughout sales campaigns
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, confident with people and genuinely excited about building a successful career in real estate.
n You will ideally have:

- Some junior real estate experience OR be an exceptional entry-level candidate
n
- A current Certificate of Registration
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
n
- A proactive, energetic and positive attitude
n
- The drive to learn, develop and progress within sales
n
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast‐paced environment
