About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a seamless experience for customers from vehicle check-in through to collection. You’ll work closely with Technicians, Workshop Controllers and Service Managers to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, accurately and to manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcome customers and manage vehicle check-in and handover

Prepare repair orders, estimates, invoices and service documentation

Keep customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process

Identify additional service and repair opportunities where appropriate

Coordinate with Technicians and Workshop teams to manage workflow

Ensure work is completed to Toyota and manufacturer standards

Follow up customers and build long-term relationships

Achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and service department KPIs

Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally

About You

We’re looking for a customer-focused automotive professional who can confidently manage a busy Service department.

You’ll bring:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership





Strong understanding of servicing, repairs and workshop operations

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities

Confidence discussing additional service and repair requirements

A professional presentation and positive customer-focused approach

Strong computer and administration skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Current Australian Driver Licence
