Luxury Client & Sales Consultant - Karen Gee Renowned luxury fashion label Karen Gee is seeking a motivated and passionate Luxury Client Advisor.
Karen Gee is known for empowering women through our impeccable Made to Measure and Ready to Wear garments, exceptional customer service, genuine style advice and long-standing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will deliver a personalised client experience at every touchpoint, nurturing existing clientele while actively building new relationships, introducing collections, driving appointments and achieving sales.
You will thrive in this role if you love building genuine client relationships, proactively contacting customers, picking up the phone and confidently turning opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities
Build genuine, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
Proactively develop new clientele through networking, outreach and cold calling
Secure private styling and appointments with new and existing clients
Maintain regular contact with key clients, sharing new collections, arrivals and relevant pieces
Understand each client's wardrobe, lifestyle and preferences to provide considered styling advice
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs
Confidently cross-sell and upsell
Maintain accurate and detailed client information within our CRM
Follow up with clients beyond the initial sale to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Assist with stock management, inventory, deliveries and product replenishment
About you
Minimum 4 years' experience in retail, luxury sales or a highly client-focused sales environment
Luxury fashion experience and an established understanding of clienteling
A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
Exceptional customer service and styling/advisory skills
Highly confident in proactive outreach, prospecting and converting current clients
Strong sales ability with a proven drive to achieve targets
Excellent CRM, follow-up and organisational skills
Polished, professional, positive and proactive
Strong understanding and appreciation of quality, craftsmanship and luxury product
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
