About the Role We are seeking a

trade qualified Boilermaker

to join our onsite team for casual (could lead to full time) work involving heavy fabrication, repairs, and maintenance. The position is based close to

Townsville, Ayr & Charters Towers

and involves both

day and night shift

work as required.

You will be part of a skilled and supportive team delivering high-quality fabrication and maintenance services across a range of industrial and site-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform heavy fabrication, repairs and maintenance to mining equipment and infrastructure.

Carry out maintenance and shutdown work to required standards and timeframes.

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications accurately.

Work effectively as part of a team,



following direction from supervisors and leading others when required.

Adhere to all safety procedures and site requirements.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements

Trade qualification as a

Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator

(Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent).

Experience in heavy fabrication, repairs, and maintenance.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to spend

periods away from home

as required for site work.

Flexibility to work

day and night shifts .

Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred).
