The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager:

n

- Joint clinical responsibility of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home
n
- Provide sound clinical leadership; mentor and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care
n
- Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
n
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
n
- Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
n
- Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided
n

About you:

n

n
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Quality Specialist in residential aged care
n
- Nurturing, influential and respectful leader who mentors staff and reinforces best practice
n
- Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements, with a proven ability maintaining compliance in clinical practice
n
- A calm, composed, passionate team player and with a positive attitude
n
- Committed to person-centred, relationship-based care, consistently upholding the dignity, respect, and individual preferences of older people
n
