Your Role

As

Sales Manager at Bartons Capalaba , you'll play a key role in leading our sales operation and developing a high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for: Leading, coaching and inspiring the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Driving

vehicle sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction and team performance

Setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable for results

Managing daily sales operations, enquiries, leads and follow-up





Coaching sales consultants to improve their skills and performance

Maintaining a strong customer-first culture throughout the dealership

Working closely with senior management and other departments to maximise dealership performance

Recruiting and developing talented sales professionals

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, profitability and customer experience

Leading from the front and setting the standard for professionalism and performance

About You

We're looking for a genuine automotive leader who knows how to

build a team, drive performance and create results . You’ll ideally have: Proven experience as an

Automotive Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant

A solid track record of achieving sales and profitability targets

Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management skills

Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership KPIs

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

A high level of energy, resilience and accountability

A customer-first mindset

The ability to lead by example and bring out the best in your team

A current Australian driver’s licence

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who

loves winning as a team
