About the Role

n

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will help lead learning and teaching within the centre.

n

Working closely with educators, room leaders, and the Educational Leader, you will support children's learning, guide educational programs, and help educators deliver great outcomes for children.

n

As an Early Childhood Teacher,



you will:

n

- Lead educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Create engaging learning experiences that support children's learning and development
n
- Support educators with observations, planning, and documentation
n
- Help deliver a high-quality planning cycle across the room
n
- Use observations to plan for children's learning and interests
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
n
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
n
- Support continuous improvement and reflective practice
n
- Participate in centre events, family nights, and community initiatives
n
- Model professional and respectful behaviour at all times
n
- Support child-safe practices and report concerns when required
n

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
n
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Experience delivering educational programs for young children
n
- Confidence supporting educators with planning and documentation
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
- A positive, collaborative, and supportive approach
n
- A commitment to ongoing professional learning
n
- NSW Teacher Accreditation (or eligibility to obtain)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n




- A current Working With Children Check and Child Protection training
n

- Experience mentoring and supporting educators
n
- Experience with Assessment and Rating processes
n
- An interest in creativity, the arts, nature play, and child-led learning
