We are seeking a passionate Pedagogy Coach and exceptional classroom teacher to strengthen teaching practice and improve student outcomes.
As a lead learner, you will model curiosity, reflective practices and a commitment to continuous improvement, inspiring and supporting colleagues to grow their practice.
You will bring high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
Through demonstrated experience in instructional and growth coaching, you will build trusting relationships, facilitate professional learning and support teachers to translate goals into effective classroom practice.
Strong data literacy is essential, including the ability to interpret evidence,
identify priorities and evaluate the impact of teaching.
The successful applicant will have expertise in Universal Design for Learning, adult learning models and goal-setting frameworks, alongside demonstrated strengths in one or more of the following: literacy development, mentoring beginning teachers, digital pedagogies or innovative instructional design.
The role includes a 0.5 teaching load, maintaining a strong connection to classroom practice while supporting the skilled growth of others.
