Job Description

This is a hands-on and varied role, playing an important part in managing customer accounts and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key responsibilities

- Daily customer invoicing
n
- Allocation of customer payments
n
- Accounts receivable management and reconciliation
n
- Credit control and collection of outstanding accounts
n
- Assessing and processing new credit applications
n
- Maintaining accurate customer and account records
n
- Resolving account queries and discrepancies
n
- Working closely with the Sales Representatives regarding customer accounts
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar accounts position
n
- Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
- Confident and professional communication skills
n
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal staff
n
- Confidence following up outstanding accounts professionally
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities
n
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
n




- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
n
- Experience with MYOB / MYOB Acumatica, DORNER or similar industry software will be highly regarded
n

This is a full-time, 38-hour-per-week position based on-site.

n

The role is office-based and does not offer working from home.

n

A great benefit of our working week is an early 3:00 pm finish every Friday.
