These roles are ideal for HR professionals with a couple of years of experience as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator who enjoy being hands-on, organised and involved across the full employee lifecycle.

Depending on the role, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating recruitment activities and supporting hiring managers
- Preparing contracts, documentation and onboarding new employees
- Coordinating offboarding and employee changes
- Maintaining HR systems, employee records and documentation
- Responding to day-to-day employee queries
- Supporting HR reporting and general administration
- Assisting with safety and compliance administration
- Working closely with HR and operational teams to keep people processes running smoothly
