The Opportunity

- Ply replacement and floor rebuilds
n
- Timber framing and structural rectification
n
- Internal strip-outs and rebuilds
n
- Cabinetry repairs and refits
n
- Insurance and warranty repairs
n
- Leak repairs and resealing
n
- Accessory installations (awnings, solar, hatches, hardware)
n
- Pre-delivery inspections and servicing
n

n

If you've worked in caravan manufacturing, warranty repair, servicing departments, or specialist rebuild workshops your skills are highly transferable here.

Core Skills We Value

- Caravan floor and wall ply replacement

- Timber and aluminium frame repairs

- Cabinetmaking/joinery and internal fit-outs

- Fibreglass and aluminium panel repairs

- Structural rectification
n
- Sealant application and water ingress diagnosis

- 12V systems (basic troubleshooting)

- Accurate measuring, cutting and finishing

Licences & Qualifications (Desirable)

- Trade qualification (Carpentry, Cabinetmaking, Automotive, Marine, Panel Beating or similar – highly regarded)

- 12V certification or caravan electrical experience
n
