We are looking for skilled, safety-focused trades professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready for a new challenge.

We are an established, reputable and respected industry leader, based at Kedron, offering a unique safety-based service to a diverse industrial client base around construction/maintenance.

n

In this role you will investigate, assess and cost projects by site visits and prepare competitive well-documented project costings and tenders.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, including client follow up

n

Attend site visits to build relationships, assess customer requirements and produce quality quotes

n

Being involved in identifying and securing business opportunities, handling enquiries and Request for Information (RFIs) during the quotation phase

n

Identify tender opportunities and manage submission process.

n

What we need:

n

Relevant trade, roofing/plumbing/painting or similar

n





Some qualifications in Construction/Costings or a related field

n

Familiarity with platforms such as Vendor Panel, Estimate One an advantage.

n

Some experience estimating/job costing within the commercial sector, this could include roofing or plumbing in construction or civil works

n

Experience with relevant software, can read plans and take offs

n

Excellent clear communication skills—both written and verbal

n

A keen eye for detail and professional presentation

n

A can-do attitude, systematic organisational skills and efficiency will be valued

n

For site/client visits, a current clean driving licence is required

n
