Panopticon Protection is seeking Security Guards to join our team in Sydney NSW This is a casual position offering Outstanding venues . As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients' assets, personnel, and premises in The Hospitality Arts and Entertainment . This position is essential to maintaining a safe and secure environment, and you will be a key part of our commitment to delivering exceptional security services across the Sydney region.

What you'll be doing

- Acting as the first point of contact at venues events sites
n
- Checking identification and managing entry and exit of patrons, guests, and authorised personnel
n
- Conducting thorough inspections of premises, buildings, and grounds to identify potential security risks
n
- Responding promptly to security incidents and emergency situations with professionalism and calm
n
- Writing legislative and pro active security logs
n
- Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services when required
n
- Providing excellent customer service to patrons and guests whilst maintaining security standards
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- A current Security License issued by the relevant NSW authority or willingness to obtain one
n
- A current First aid certificate
n
- A current RSA certificate
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol.
n




- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
n
- Reliability and punctuality, with a professional approach to work
n
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete reports and maintain records
n
- Previous security experience or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential
n
- The ability to work flexibly, including potential shifts during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
