PICK PACKERS WANTED – ONGOING WAREHOUSE OPPORTUNITIES South Strathfield & Surrounding Suburbs | Immediate Starts | Monday–Friday | $33.85 Per Hour

Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Pick Packers for ongoing casual opportunities across multiple busy 3PL warehouse sites in South Strathfield and surrounding suburbs .

We are looking for people who are more than just available for a few shifts. We want hardworking, reliable team members who can commit to ongoing Monday–Friday work and take pride in turning up and getting the job done.

If you have warehouse experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for consistent work with a supportive team , we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

- $33.85 per hour

- Day Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm

- Monday–Friday ongoing work

- Consistent hours each week

- Immediate starts available

- Opportunities across multiple warehouse sites

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Depending on the site, your duties may include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Using RF scanners and warehouse systems

- Labelling, sorting and preparing orders for dispatch

- Stock replenishment

- Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch

- General warehouse duties

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work workplace

- Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To be successful,



you will ideally have:

- Previous warehouse and pick packing experience

- RF scanning experience highly regarded

- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy

- Good physical fitness and the ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift

- A strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team

- Excellent reliability and attendance

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Please only apply if you can meet the following requirements:

- Available to work Monday–Friday on an ongoing basis

- Able to commit to the full working week

- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record

- Full Australian working rights

- Steel-cap safety boots

- Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

- Reliable transport

IMPORTANT – ONGOING COMMITMENT REQUIRED

These are ongoing casual positions with consistent work available Monday–Friday .

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely seeking ongoing employment and can commit to the full working week.

If you are only looking for occasional shifts, short-term work or cannot commit to working Monday–Friday, these positions may not be suitable for you.
