Allinto is seeking two Care Coordinators to join the Ageing Services Team, supporting CHSP clients across Queensland. The roles are full time based in Eight Mile Plains or Morayfield, with hybrid options after probation, on a contract up to 30 June 2027 with possible extension.
You will manage a caseload and deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity, working with clients, families and providers to ensure high-quality support.
