You'll have the opportunity to help shape and grow Infinity's community programs, work directly with participants and teams, and ensure our community clients are supported through organised and up-to-date documentation.

About the Role

As our Community & Client Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating engaging opportunities for our community-based participants.

We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity and initiative to the role. We want you to look at what we currently do and ask: What else could we create?

You may develop new social groups, community activities, skill-building programs, events or other initiatives that encourage connection,



participation and independence.

Alongside program development, you will support the coordination and documentation of our community clients to ensure services remain organised, responsive and participant-focused.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing new and creative community programs, activities and initiatives for NDIS participants
- Identifying opportunities to increase participant engagement and community participation
- Coordinating and supporting the implementation of new community programs from idea through to delivery
- Engaging with participants to understand their interests, goals and preferences
- Building relationships with local organisations, venues, community groups and potential program partners
- Supporting community events, group activities and participant experiences
- Reviewing existing community services and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining accurate participant documentation, records and service information
- Supporting participant onboarding and ongoing community-service documentation
- Working collaboratively with Support Workers, Program Coordinators and the wider Infinity team
- Gathering participant feedback and using it to improve future programs
- Promoting upcoming activities and encouraging participant involvement
- Ensuring programs and documentation align with Infinity's policies and NDIS requirements

About You

You don't need to be someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.





We're looking for someone who is upbeat, organised, approachable and full of ideas. You'll enjoy meeting new people, creating opportunities and taking ownership of projects.

You may have experience in disability, community services, recreation, events, youth work, engagement, program coordination or a similar people-focused role.

You'll ideally bring:

- A creative and proactive approach to your work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with people with different needs and personalities
- Great organisation and documentation skills
- The ability to take an idea and turn it into a practical program or activity
- Initiative and the confidence to suggest current ways of doing things
- An understanding of person-centred practice
- Experience within the NDIS or disability sector is highly regarded
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- A current driver's licence
