With 21 years of experience delivering institutional real estate across three core sectors, Residential, Retail and Hotels. The firm is strategically positioned to capitalise on opportunities in both markets.

Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking a passionate and capable AP Officer for a group active in property development, construction and hotels.

n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice entry, payment processing, supplier account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and importing payment data into the general ledger and banking systems.

n

Process scheduled accounts payable, corporate credit card expenses, petty cash payments, and weekly/fortnightly/monthly EFT and cheque payment runs within required timeframes.

n

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including accurate data entry, invoice and credit processing, verification, classification, recording of accounts payable data, and reconciliation of supplier accounts.

n

Conduct corporate credit card reconciliations and inter-entity data entry.

n





Monitor and manage accounts payable correspondence, including reviewing, handling, and distributing emails and maintaining the accounts payable inbox.

n

Provide timely, professional support to internal stakeholders and suppliers, resolving accounts payable and purchasing queries efficiently.

n

Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with organisational procedures.

n

Collaborate with team members to manage workloads, support peak demand periods, and contribute as an active participant in the finance team.

n

Undertake additional finance and administrative duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years' accounts payable experience (essential)
n
- Netsuite / ERP experience is preferred
n
- Construction experience is preferred
n
- Experience in dealing with high volume work
n
