Titan Ford Brookvale is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.

n

This is a key customer-facing position within our dealership. We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organised and takes genuine ownership of their customers and their work.

n

You will be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection, working closely with our workshop team to ensure customers are kept informed and work is completed efficiently.

n

About the Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Greeting customers and managing vehicle check-in
n
- Understanding customer concerns and accurately documenting repair requirements
n
- Preparing repair orders and coordinating work with the workshop
n
- Keeping customers proactively updated throughout the day
n
- Preparing and explaining repair estimates and obtaining customer authorisation
n
- Identifying and presenting additional service and repair requirements
n
- Working closely with technicians and the Workshop Foreman to monitor job progress
n
- Managing promised completion times and communicating delays early
n
- Ensuring repair orders are accurate and completed promptly
n
- Following up outstanding work and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
- Ensuring customers receive a professional handover when collecting their vehicle
n
- Contributing to departmental customer satisfaction and performance targets
n

About You

n





To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous Service Advisor experience within an automotive dealership or service setting
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
n
- Good computer and administration skills
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- A positive and professional attitude
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n

Previous Ford dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential. Experienced Service Advisors from other manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
