Electricians are required for Substation project based in Bungendore, NSW 45 minute drive from Canberra.

n

You will be involved in all phases of on-site electrical construction, installation, and commissioning activities for the Electrical Substation project.

n

Working closely with project supervisors and engineering teams, you'll ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.

n

This role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Strong knowledge of HV equipment, components, and switchyard construction
n
- Earth grid installation, HV & LV cabling installation,
n
- Structure and HV switchgear installation,
n
- Primary connections, busbar, and strung bus installation
n




- HV switching, testing, construction, and maintenance experience (highly regarded)
n
- Secondary protection, control systems, communications,
n
- SCADA installation Experience in 220kV / 330kV / 500kV substations, solar farms, BESS farms, or collector substations
n

Requirements

- Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification.
n
- Ideally hold High Risk Work license.
n
- State Electrical license (SA)
n
- Background in utility or industrial electrical projects
n
- Strong commitment to safety (zero harm)
n
- DIDO or FIFO available
n
- 14/7 Roster
n
- Single accommodation Provided
n
- Competitive rate of pay

- Strong pipeline of work including QLD and NSW
