Job Description

ASTAR Personnel seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate a busy warehouse workflow and lead a diverse team of Disability Support Workers to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

The role focuses on rostering, inventory control, logistics coordination and robust customer relationship management, with an emphasis on hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor.
