The Opportunity

Working dynamically across both our Singleton and Branxton locations, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, positive experience from the moment a client walks through the door. You will also provide essential operational support to our physiotherapists and allied health team, ensuring our days run flawlessly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

Warmly greeting clients, managing front desk flow, and ensuring the reception and clinical areas remain pristine, tidy, and welcoming.

n

Expertly managing appointments, phone enquiries,



and the clinic inbox.

n

Processing client payments, health fund claims, and assisting with general invoicing.

n

Maintaining accurate, confidential client records and completing daily administrative tasks to support the clinical team.

What We're Looking For

n

You will be an approachable, detail-focused team member who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You will bring a friendly, positive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients of all ages, alongside the organisational confidence to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

n

Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new clinic management software are essential; while previous healthcare or allied health reception experience is highly advantageous, it is not required. As a full-time role, this position requires a dependable schedule with the ability to work consistently across our standard clinic operating hours.
