About the Role You'll support both underwriting and claims functions, delivering end-to-end client service while building genuine technical insurance knowledge, the kind that sets up a long-term career, not just a job.

Client Service

- Deliver high-quality service across underwriting and claims
- Respond to enquiries and escalate complex matters as needed

Account Management

- Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and policy changes
- Maintain accurate client records from onboarding through renewal

Claims Support

- Lodge and process claim within authority
- Liaise with suppliers, follow up on outstanding matters, and assist with dispute resolution

Administration & Compliance

- Handle receipting, filing, credit control, banking and compliance
- Work within internal policies and the Salesforce CRM

Business Support

- Assist with proposals, marketing activity and tailored insurance solutions
- Stay current with industry changes and best practice

What We're Looking For

- Experience in customer service, call centres, administration, sales or client support




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- A genuine willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
- Business or rural/farming background (highly regarded, not essential)
- Reliable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a real concern for accuracy and quality

Experience & Accreditation

- Assistant Account Executive: no insurance experience required — full training and mentoring provided
- Senior Account Executive: prior insurance experience preferred
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation under the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA) is required for this role — if you don't already hold it, we'll support you to obtain it as part of your training
- Satisfactory National Police Check and ASIC clearance required prior to commencement
- Flexible work arrangements available after successful completion of training
