Due to continued growth and new client acquisition, they're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their high-performing team.

In this role, you'll be the key link between clients and internal creative, design and production teams, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of print, display and retail marketing projects for key client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Translate client briefs into explicit project plans and production requirements
- Coordinate internal teams including graphic design, industrial design and production to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage campaign workflows and project timelines through the Campaign Management Tool (CMT)
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies,



reduce costs and enhance sustainability outcomes
- Support artwork approval processes and oversee production schedules
- Prepare account reporting, forecasting and performance updates

About you: You'll bring a combination of strong client relationship skills , commercial awareness and project management capability , along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.

- Previous Account Management experience within print, packaging, retail marketing, creative services or a related industry
- Solid understanding of print production, finished art and pre-press processes
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, with exposure to Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build client rapport
- Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Forward thinker with a proactive mindset and a positive sense of humour
