Forma Homes is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to support our growing team in a fast-paced volume building environment, where accuracy, communication, and efficiency are critical to success.

About the Role
This Accounts Payable position is responsible for processing a high volume of payable invoices efficiently and accurately, supporting timely payments and reconciliations, and contributing to the smooth running of Forma Homes' finance operations. The role involves traditional accounts payable in an experienced, collaborative team. Whilst the majority of the role is concentrated on accounts payable, ad-hoc support in other accounts functions such as accounts receivable and supporting the procurement team in processing of rebates will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a high volume of client invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile statements to ensure all accounts are in good order and up to date
- Prepare accounts reports
- Coordinate payments and audits on payments
What We’re Looking For
You are an experienced Accounts Payable professional (2yrs ) who demonstrates accuracy, initiative , strong reconciliation skills. You have an eye for detail and a passion for helping teams run smoothly. You thrive when processing high volumes of data, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering timely and reliable results.
You excel in balancing multiple priorities and your strong communication skills mean you can respond confidently to queries and contribute positively to the Accounts Payable function. Strong computer literacy and confidence in using Excel is required.
This role is not an accounting role and does NOT provide progression into CPA/CA opportunities.
