The Role

Due to the internal promotion this full-time position has become available at our Larapinta Head Office and offers the successful candidate a challenging and fulfilling role. A key part of the Finance and Administration Team you will report directly to the Financial Controller, and will be responsible for the timely recording, payments and reconciliations of supplier accounts within agreed payment terms and to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to seek prompt resolution of any supplier/billing disputes.

Duties:





- Manage assigned portfolio of suppliers to drive timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices in the system (3-way match), perform suppliers' statements reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable mailbox and responding to suppliers' enquiries in a timely manner
- Manage weekly suppliers invoices payment runs
- Setting up new suppliers in the system; completing supplier credit application forms
- Process staff expenses reimbursements - recording and payments

About You

- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Reasonable skills in working in a Microsoft office environment is required.
- Attention to detail is a key requisite for this position.
- A team player, willing to help other team members to achieve desired outcomes.
