About the role

This is a hands-on and varied role, playing an important part in managing customer accounts and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key responsibilities

Daily customer invoicing

Allocation of customer payments

Accounts receivable management and reconciliation

Credit control and collection of outstanding accounts

Assessing and processing new credit applications

Maintaining accurate customer and account records

Resolving account queries and discrepancies

Working closely with the Sales Representatives regarding customer accounts

About you

Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar accounts position

Robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Confident and professional communication skills

Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal staff

Confidence following up outstanding accounts professionally

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities

Strong computer and data-entry skills

Experience with Microsoft Outlook,



Excel and Word

Experience with MYOB / MYOB Acumatica, DORNER or similar industry software will be highly regarded

Hours & Workplace

This is a full-time, 38-hour-per-week position based on-site.

The role is office-based and does not offer working from home.

A great benefit of our working week is an early 3:00 pm finish every Friday.
