We are a medium size group of hotels now seeking an accounts receivable/payable/purchasing person to join our accounts team in our Perth offices.

The Role The appropriate candidate will be working as part of our accounts team in our Perth Office that looks after all aspects of accounts receivable, payable and purchasing for the group.

Main duties and responsibilities -

Data entry

Receiving and posting payments in AR system

Chase AR accounts and control the AR ageing

Arranging pay runs for supplier invoices

Reconciliation of supplier accounts

Preparing ad hoc reports for management

Getting quotes and ordering all supplies for the group

Previous experience with Opera Cloud PMS will be an added advantage
