This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students, tutors and parents and wants to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of an education centre.
This is NOT a casual tutoring position for a current university student.
We are specifically looking for a graduate who has completed their studies and is looking for a long-term career opportunity, with the potential to take on increasing responsibility as the centre grows.
About the role The Admin Supervisor will help oversee the day-to-day operation of our Caroline Springs centre and work closely with the Owner, tutors, students and parents.
This is not a traditional reception/admin role. You will be expected to manage multiple priorities, take ownership, solve problems and ensure the centre operates smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include
- Overseeing day-to-day centre operations
- Coordinating and supporting tutors
- Ensuring classes start and finish smoothly
- Managing attendance and class organisation
- Communicating professionally with parents and students
- Following up administrative tasks and outstanding actions

- Assisting with enrolments, assessments and general administration
- Ensuring centre procedures and standards are consistently followed
- Taking ownership of problems and finding practical solutions
- Supporting the Owner with operations and administration
- Helping maintain a high standard of service for students and families
Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed a university or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Is looking for a long-term role, rather than a short-term casual job
- Has experience in teaching, tutoring, education, childcare, customer service, administration or people management
- Has strong communication and people-management skills
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Can multitask and prioritise effectively
- Is confident dealing with parents, students and staff
- Is positive, energetic, approachable and professional
- Takes initiative and accepts responsibility
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Is reliable and consistent
- Has a genuine interest in helping students
- Holds a current Victorian Working with Children Check
- Is available for after-school hours and Saturdays
Education or teaching experience will be highly regarded. Important – Long-Term Opportunity
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the centre.
The role will initially be approximately 20 hours per week or less, primarily during after-school hours and Saturdays.
The position will commence on a casual basis, with the potential to progress to part-time and eventually full-time employment as the centre grows and your responsibilities increase.
The right person will have the chance to take on greater responsibility across:
Administration → Centre Operations → Staff Management → Centre Management
We are therefore particularly interested in candidates who have finished their studies and are looking to establish themselves in a long-term professional role.
Our approach
At Success Tutoring, we expect our team to:
LISTEN → UNDERSTAND → FOLLOW → TAKE OWNERSHIP → IMPROVE
You will first be expected to learn and understand our systems and processes, consistently follow them, and then take ownership and contribute ideas for improvement.
