What you'll do

As the Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and business support to ensure the effective operation of the work unit. This includes coordinating meetings, seminars, conferences, travel arrangements, appointments, and other office activities. You will deliver financial administration support through procurement, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable functions, and SAP/R3 system processes.

In addition, you will assist with human resource activities, including establishment maintenance, providing basic HR advice, and applying relevant legislation and policies. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing business processes, identifying opportunities to enhance work practices, and supporting the development of effective business systems.



You will also maintain accurate records and information management systems while undertaking other duties as required to support the needs of the team and business unit.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

- Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records
- Experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg. MS Office, electronic mail).
- Ability to apply oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in an administrative support
- Experience in solving problems and implementing solutions within a set
- Ability to work individually and in a team
