About the Role





Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

- Preparing for client meetings and reviews
- Attending client meetings alongside advisers
- Coordinating post-meeting actions and advice implementation
- Managing workflows and outstanding client requirements
- Assisting with SOA and ROA preparation
- Completing product and strategy research
- Maintaining accurate client records and file notes in Xplan
- Liaising with clients, product providers and external stakeholders
- Supporting advisers to deliver high-quality advice efficiently

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience using Xplan
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach to managing workflow
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A genuine interest in supporting advisers and delivering outstanding client outcomes

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping a team succeed, takes ownership of your work and takes pride in getting the details right.
